Manse Road
Manse Road in Inverkeithing creates a new collection of family homes surrounding a community green with extraordinary views over the Firth of Forth.
The project develops 16 affordable homes surrounding a unique new community ‘green’ at Manse Road, Inverkeithing, on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association. The proposals will bring much needed family housing to the area and create a new gathering and play space for the community at a highpoint with views over the Firth of Forth. The pitched roof forms and modulated dormers are a response to the surrounding existing built fabric as well as to the sloping topography of the site to harness the extraordinary easterly views. Careful consideration has been paid to create new housing with a distinctive character, integrated with a landscape that will provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable place for families to live their lives.
